Multi-level consumer communication

This display promotes the Oticon Epoq wireless hearing aid (winner of the Best of Innovations at CES 2008). Some people getting the assignment of demonstrating this product might think they were being punished. Not German company White Void who appear to have high standards for everything they create, including their site. One could guess the innovation came from the primary need to communicate the product benefits with or without sound. The secondary communication is that the product is well-designed and technologically brilliant, just like the kiosk. Each person who comes to the display spends a lot of time having fun interacting with the brand, and gets all the information they need in both visuals and text on a multi-touch screen. Success on all levels.
